How Long does shipping take?
Shipping to the UK takes 1-2 working days, all orders are sent via 24H post.
International shipping takes 1-5 working days to deliver using DHL or FedEx express. Please allow for extra delivery time with Royal mail during busy times.
Returns policy:
Returns must be sent back within 14 days and in perfect original condition, unworn and tags must not be broken. When returning a product use a signed for delivery service to make sure we receive the parcel and can track it if needed too, we are not liable for any returns being lost in transit.
If you have any issues with your order being incorrect or not having the correct items sent this must be reported within 48H of the parcel being delivered.
How To Return Your Order
- Visit our returns portal - CLICK HERE
- Follow the instruction on screen and enter your order number and email.
- You can then choose to exchange the product, receive store credit or initiate a refund.
- Once completed you will then make payment for the return and you will be emailed the returns label.
- Depending on the service chosen to return you may need to print out a label, please place this onto the box your return is in and take the parcel to the selected drop off point.
- Once we receive your order and your items have passed our inspection, We will process your chosen option of store credit, exchange or refund. You will receive a an email once the process is complete.
HATS,CAPS, SOCKS, GLOVES AND SALE ITEMS ARE NONE RETURNABLE
